Hi, Nice to Meet You!
We are The Midwives Garden.
Home Birth and Water Birth is our thing! Our Mission is to facilitate a safe and empowering birthing experience that mothers and families deserve. Education is the core of our essence and we reserve the right to inform our families of all of their options, truly supporting body autonomy. We provide a holistic approach with many of our treatment options being herbal based and our first line of defense. We provide an inclusive environment to our families and look forward to meeting your village at visits. We believe that birth is spiritual and the most beautiful gift to humankind. So, on this journey with you, we look forward to acknowledging your inner power and supporting you through the spiritual growth that you and your family will experience.
“A garden is a grand teacher. It teaches patience and careful watchfulness; it teaches industry and thrift; above all it teaches entire trust.”
Our Midwives
Meet Key
Keirra ‘Key’ White is well known as a caring and contributing birth worker in the community. She has been supporting birth work from Chicago to Phoenix since the age of 15. She specializes in a holistic approach that caters to the unique inner spirit of every client, linking the mind, body, and soul.
Better known by her nickname “Key,” she offers expertise as a Midwife and community-based full spectrum doula. Alongside her training with DONA in 2020, she received her master herbalist certification and currently supports clients as an herbalist and Yoni steam facilitator. During her education, she became a placental specialist who provides placental encapsulation services. She is currently one of the very few BIPOC CPMs (Certified Professional Midwife) licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
Key enjoys a pure love of nature, music, spending time with family and friends, studying, reading fantasy collections, watching anime, and always likes to try new things. Her favorite color changes like the wind, but she currently loves sage green. She has a sassy Australian Shepherd dog named Luna and a black, night-time ninja cat named Jasper.
Key takes great pride in supporting local families embarking on the birth journey.
